We collect only what we need to run your booking and answer your questions, and we never sell your data.

2. What we collect

Booking details: names, email, phone, country, room choice and payment status
Emergency contact details
Dietary, accessibility and health information you choose to share
Enquiry form contents
Newsletter email address, with your consent
Analytics data about how the site is used, with your consent

3. Why we use it

To manage your booking and send booking emails (contract)
To keep you safe during a retreat (vital interests and explicit consent for health data)
To reply to enquiries (legitimate interest)
To send the newsletter (consent — you can withdraw at any time)

4. Who we share it with

Our payment provider, booking and email platforms, and — only where necessary — the property and facilitators running your retreat. Dietary and health details are shared only with the people who need them.

5. Payments

Card payments are handled by our payment provider. SOLARA never sees or stores your full card number.

6. How long we keep it

Booking records for 7 years for accounting purposes. Health and dietary details are deleted 30 days after your retreat. Enquiries are deleted after 2 years without a booking.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to run the site. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you consent, and you can change your choice at any time.

8. Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing and withdraw consent. Write to us at the address above. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
