1. About us
SOLARA Retreats Lda is a company registered in Portugal. We organise retreats and coordinate accommodation, meals and activities with independent partners.
2. Using this website
We try to keep everything on this site accurate. Dates, prices and availability are confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Your booking contract
Your contract is with SOLARA Retreats Lda and starts when we send your booking confirmation. Our Booking Policies form part of these terms.
4. Partners
Properties, transfer companies and some activities are provided by independent partners. We choose them carefully and remain your point of contact throughout.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information when booking
- Hold valid travel documents and travel insurance
- Follow the safety instructions of facilitators and guides
- Treat other guests, staff and local communities with respect
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law where you live.
