Overview

Sunrise yoga most mornings with Ketut and Amara, a rice-field walk at dawn, a guided water-temple visit, a sound session and slow afternoons by the pool.

Most mornings start at 06:30 with hatha or vinyasa in the open-air pavilion as the valley wakes up; on the rice-field day you walk the terraces at sunrise instead. Evenings bring yin, breathwork or yoga nidra.

Ketut guides a visit to Tirta Empul water temple and a walk through the rice fields, explaining the customs you'll see along the way.

Afternoons are free. The centre's spa offers massages at local rates.
